Corn Flour is the only cooking ingredient that has approximately double the thickening power of the flour eg wheat flour blend it helps bring out the flavor of main dish more. It is super fine and blends easily.

Note:

• For thickening, always add corn flour to small quantity of liquid at room temperature and then add it to hot dish and boil for few minutes
• Not a significant source of total fat, saturated fat, polyunsaturated fat, monounsaturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sugar, vitamin A & C

Directions for Use:

• To make 1 cup (250 ml) of soup or gravy, blend 1 heaped tbsp (15 g) Natuals Corn Flour into a little cold water
• Stir slowly to remove any lumps formed and make a uniform creamy blend
• Now your smooth mixture is ready to use for any recipe

• No significant amount of dietary fiber, vit. A, vit. C, calcium and iron.

• Store in a cool & dry place
